The Importance of Truth – A New Book
In the last year, you may have noticed increasing references to “truth” in my writings and homilies. First and foremost, this is because, unlike relativists, I believe there is truth and that it will set us free. I believe this because Jesus said so (see John 8:32).
I started thinking about the concept of “truth” all the more when a parishioner suggested I write something on “truth” in the fall of 2023. His suggestion stuck in my head. It was not long before I began a list of what I could write about truth.
In June of 2024, when I had time on my day off or evenings after work, I began writing. What I wrote, I trust with the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, became a book. In September 2024, I began to work with a publisher.
