Jesus offers us something very special in the Eucharist.  It is his free gift to us.  Because the Eucharist is so important, we are in the midst of a three-year Eucharistic Revival in our country.  To help you know all that God offers us in the Eucharist, Fr. Jeff will begin a new series of presentations called The Greatest Gift:  The Eucharist in January.

In his homily for Christmas 2022, Fr. Jeff talked about the gift that Jesus is to us.  He introduced the idea leading to this series of presentations, the Eucharistic as the greatest gift.  You can read the text of his homily on his blog at Christmas Homily for 2022 or you can view it here (double-click on video to go full-screen).

This series will focus on the Real Presence and receiving it.

For more on the Eucharist and Mass check out our new page, "All Things Eucharist" where I provide a page that points to everything on our website on the Eucharist and the Mass.

During our country's Eucharistic Revival, Timothy P. O’Malley’s wrote a book, Becoming Eucharistic People: The Hope and Promise of Parish Life (Notre Dame, IN: Ave Maria Press. 2022, part of the Engaging Catholicism series.

Here is a series of articles Fr. Jeff wrote from his reading:
